Our team has been servicing the real estate needs of Hacienda Heights and surrounding communities for over 25 years. Anthony De La Vara, Broker, heads up our team of 9 professionals. We have four licensed realtors, 1 transaction coordinator, 2 marketing/technical team specialists, and 2 showing agents.

Our team is very concerned with increasing property values in your neighborhood. Often times we see appraisers providing very low values for homes. Our goal is to communicate with the appraisers and provide them with more appropriate comparables. This usually results in a higher appraisal and a higher sales price which results in your home's value going UP!
